The main tasks of the department:
• registration of proposals, applications and complaints of citizens received by e-mail and the Appeals.bel website and control over compliance with the deadlines for their resolution;
• acceptance, processing of cases handed over to the archive, diploma and term papers and other documents, organization of their storage;
• acceptance, registration, sending to state bodies, higher organizations, enterprises according to the system of interdepartmental document circulation (hereinafter referred to as SMDO);
• acceptance, registration and distribution of incoming written correspondence to the structural subdivisions of the BNTU for SMDO, control over compliance with the deadlines for their execution;
• registration and distribution of orders to the structural subdivisions of BNTU on SMDO for review and execution;
• preparation and issuance of certificates on personal accounts for registration of pensions;
• prompt acceptance and sending of letters and messages within the Republic of Belarus and abroad;
• preparation and issuance of archival certificates:
- about the years of study,
- about labor, pedagogical and scientific experience,
- about wages for calculating the F-1 pension,
- about wages for obtaining loans, bank loans,
- about hourly workload, part-time jobs .
