The department of international programs, exchanges and protocol is engaged in information and methodological support of the international activities of the BNTU, the development of cooperation with international organizations and educational institutions, as well as the improvement of the educational process and the quality of training based on the creative use of international experience.
The main activities of the department are:
- development of mutually beneficial partnerships with educational institutions, as well as technical, scientific, cultural and industrial organizations of foreign countries on the basis of signed agreements, memorandums, contracts and work programs;
- holding international scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, seminars, round tables, exhibitions and other cultural events;
- registration of documents for business trips/directions to foreign educational institutions, research centers and enterprises;
- translation of foreign correspondence received by BNTU;
- organization of reception and accompaniment of foreign delegations arriving at the BNTU, organization and conduct of negotiations between the BNTU leadership and representatives of foreign universities and organizations;
- registration of invitations for foreign specialists arriving at the BNTU for lecturing, advanced training and internships, as well as students, undergraduates, graduate students arriving for internships and training on the basis of BNTU;
- preparation of information, statistical and analytical reports on international cooperation for the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
