The order of foreign citizens’ admission to BNTU
The required level of education for admission to BNTU must be the following:

2. Other foreign citizens and people without citizenship who do not live within the territory of Belarus may apply to BNTU to get higher education:

The admission of documents for studying at BNTU, entrance exams and enrollment for foreign citizens, who’s entering the University as mentioned in p. a) is done in accordance with the Order of admission to BNTU of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and people without citizenship permanently living within the territory of Belarus.
4. Documents consideration accepted from foreign citizens is carried out until October 15th
How to be admitted to BNTU?
STEP 1
Choose a major
Make a choice of the faculty, the major, a form of study (full-time, part-time) and a language of study (Russian, English).
STEP 2
Prepare the documents
Prepare the training documents in advance for preliminary examination and further approval of admission to BNTU. Provide the following documents to the International Marketing of Educational Services and Foreign Studies Office at the International Cooperation Faculty by mail (study@bntu.by) or by a legally authorized representative:

STEP 3
Get studying invitation
Get an invitation to study at BNTU. It is necessary for foreign citizens from countries with visa-required entry to Belarus.
To issue a studying invitation you are to provide the following documents to the International Marketing of Educational Services and Foreign Studies Office at the International Cooperation Faculty by email (study@bntu.by) or by a legally authorized representative:

Upon consideration of the documents, BNTU prepares a study invitation, gets it approved by migration service and sends it to the Embassy (Consulate) of Belarus at the international applicant’s place of residence. It is a ground for obtaining a study visa for foreign citizens from countries with visa-required entry to Belarus.
Obtaining a study visa is carried out in the consular offices of Belarus.
STEP 4
Provide original documents for admission
Upon arrival in Belarus, the applicant shall come to the International Marketing of Educational Services and Foreign Studies Office at the International Cooperation Faculty (Independence Ave., 67, rooms 133, 130) and provide the following documents:

STEP 5
Entry requirements
International applicants entering the University are required to undergo an interview with the purpose of determining the language proficiency level sufficient for the studying process in the amount for obtaining higher education curriculum.
For admission to the Architecture Faculty besides the interview for determining the language proficiency level, an applicant is required to pass a profile "Art" discipline examination.
STEP 6
Registration
Foreign citizens arrived in Belarus to study must apply to Migration Registration and Foreign Students Support Sector at the International Cooperation Faculty within 3 days from the moment of crossing the border of Belarus to arrange the registration of temporary stay on the territory of Belarus (Independence Ave., 67, room 131)
STEP 7
Settling in BNTU halls of residence
After arrival in Belarus all foreign applicants are provided with accommodation in rooms of the BNTU halls of residence.
The international applicants are to apply to the dean’s office at the International Cooperation Faculty to get accommodation in rooms of the BNTU halls of residence (Independence Ave., 67, rooms 124,136).
