Stage 1. Preparation of a draft contract
Prepare a draft agreement (memorandum) on the basis of a standard cooperation agreement between the BNTU and a foreign organization , if the draft agreement (memorandum) is initiated by a foreign organization, it is necessary to coordinate with the Department of International Programs, Exchanges and Protocol (67 Nezavisimosti Ave., room 125; +375 (17) 350-67-91, e-mail: icd@bntu.by).

After preparing the draft agreement (memorandum), it is necessary to write a memorandum addressed to the rector of BNTU Kharitonchik S.V. , which should contain the justification for the need to conclude an agreement (memorandum), information about a foreign organization, indicating the coordinators from both parties, the purposes of concluding an agreement (memorandum), the subject and duration, as well as the results expected from the implementation of the agreement (memorandum). With a positive resolution of the management, the contract (memorandum) is sent to the Republican Institute of Higher Education (hereinafter referred to as the State Educational Institution "RIHSh") for examination.

For approval in the State Educational Institution "RIVSh" it is necessary to obtain a visa for the head of the structural unit, the dean of the Federal Migration Service and the legal department on the contract (memorandum), if financial issues are reflected in the contract, a visa of the chief accountant is required. An endorsed (in the legal department and accounting department, if there is a financial component) agreement and a memorandum with justification for the need to conclude an agreement must be submitted to the Department of International Programs, Exchanges and Protocol (67 Nezavisimosti Ave., room 125; +375 (17) 350-67 -91, e-mail: icd@bntu.by).
