In honor of the 100th anniversary of BNTU on March 8, 2020, at the dormitory No. 17, a tennis tournament was held between the teams of the Faculty of Transport Communications and the Faculty of Technology of Management and Humanitarianism.
The essence of the game of tennis is as follows: at the table, two players are engaged in throwing a ball with each other with a racket, and at the same they have to time stick to some certain rules. The main goal of the game is to create the situation where one of the players will not be able to hit the ball back. A kick in table tennis is the main attacking and defensive action in the game, there are many different types of racket kicks on the ball.
Kicks are classified depending on the value of the translational speed of the ball, the speed and direction of rotation of the ball, their ratio, place of the kick, destination of the kick and other parameters. It is necessary to be very attentive, quick, agile, and literally in a split second to predict the opponent’s action, get ahead of the direction of the ball’s flight and impact force, unravel the plan of action and deceive the other player in order to beat him.

As a result, the tournament determined which faculty team was the most prepared and experienced in this sport.
During the tournament, each player representing his faculty that he has gave the best result he could gave. The participants showed excellent results and pumped their skills even more!

Interfaculty tournament champions are the team of the Faculty of Transport Communications.
Congratulations on your victory!
We wish you not to let luck out of your hands, not to lose your talent and ability to cleverly solve any problem, not leave a chance for the enemy, always take victory with you, live fun and actively work in different directions, as if a ball is jumping around the tennis table!
