"Top Events of 2019" in the international championship "WorldSkills Kazan 2019"

August 2019, the 45th international championship of professional excellence “WorldSkills Kazan 2019” was held. 4 representatives of BNTU (3 people from branch universities of BNTU, 1 person from BNTU) took part in the Republican team in the following competencies: automotive technology; CAD engineering design; turning work on machine tools with PU; industrial design technology.

WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Championship Results:

  1. Industrial design technology - 3rd place, bronze medal (700 points), Dorokh D.N., student of the Minsk State Polytechnical College, a branch of the Belarusian National Technical University.

  1. Turning work on CNC machines - 19th place (692 points), D. Gruk, student of the Borisov State Polytechnic College, BNTU branch.

Дмитрий Грук, лаборант филиала БНТУ «Борисовский государственный политехнический колледж», капитан сборной команды Республики Беларусь на чемпионате «WorldSkills Kazan2019». Участник по компетенции «Токарные работы на станках с ПУ». 

  1. CAD engineering design - 24th place (668 points), Dervan V.S., BNTU Mechanical Engineering Faculty student.

  1. Repair and maintenance of cars - 28th place (680 points), A. Filipov, student of the Borisov State Polytechnic College, BNTU branch.
