From November 29 to December 1, 2019 was "All-Belarusian rally of student groups "Time of movement!".
The national team of the branch of National Technical University "Minsk State College of Architecture and Construction" took an active part in the event. The students of the branch adequately represented Minsk, taking second place in the team championship of SFK “Fight! Strive! Win!”, As well as all third places in the nominations of the creative festival “Squad Energy”.

The BNTU team took part in a peat football tournament.

The 8th National Peat Football Tournament, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Belarusian energy system, was held on June 20, 2026, in the village of Pravdinsky, Pukhovichi District, at the Sergeevichskoye Peat Briquette Plant branch of the Mingaz State Unitary Enterprise. Twenty-seven teams participated, including some from Russia. A team of students and faculty from the Faculty of Mining and Environmental Engineering and the Faculty of Power Engineering of the Belarusian National Technical University took to the peat fields. The peat football tournament is not only an exciting competition but also an opportunity to network with colleagues and meet like-minded individuals.
