On October 29, a significant event for the faculty took place in the assembly hall of the 11th building of the BNTU: the large-scale holiday “Freshman FTK - 2019”.
For almost 2 months, preparations were underway for this event. Freshmen already get to know each other better, found out what they were capable of, and with the help of curator students they realized their ideas at a large-scale event, revealed their talents to the audience and give them a good time with positive jokes for the next couple of days.
Traditionally, the beginning of the event was the warning words of our dean Kravchenko Sergey Egorovich. He wished the participants to be in a good mood and have a good luck, because “Freshman of FTK” is not only an entertaining performance, but also an event with a competitive element.
And how would “kapustnik” looks like without an honest assessment of performances? In the role of independent judges were: A.B. Dichkovsky (FTK graduate), Yu.G. Babaskin (Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences), Korovaevich M.M. (Head of the student organization self-government organization sector), Y. Vasilevsky (invited guest and event sponsor).
The special guests were Oleg Shurygin, a 5th year student, and Oleg Fomin, a graduate of the FTC, in the duet “2 Sky”.
Each group, each participant wanted to feel the triumph of victory, to declare themselves and their talents. And the winner in the nominations for “Best Actor” was Andrey Zayats, a student of the group 11405119, and Diana Kuzmich, a student of the group 11404119 become a winner in the nomination “Best Actress”. The group 11405119 received the deserved title "The Best Greeting Card". The group 1144119 won the online vote.
And the winners of the whole event were:
1st place: group 11405119;
2nd place: group 11403219;
3rd place: group 11402119.
The jury thanked groups for the work, excellent performances and creative video greeting cards. All groups were awarded with diplomas and prizes from the students union bureau of FTK, BRSM of FTK and our sponsors.
