October 24-25, 2019 in Moscow hosted the International Kosygin Forum "Modern Tasks of Engineering Sciences", organized by the Russian State University named after A.N. Kosygin. V.A. made a report “The Soviet project of personnel policy: the benefit of our time” Bobkov, Head of the Department “History of Belarusian Statehood”, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Belarus.
In 2019, teachers of the department “History of Belarusian Statehood” significantly intensified scientific work. First of all, these are doctors of historical sciences, professors Bobkov V.A., Bozhanov V.A., Semenova L.N., candidates of historical sciences, associate professors Dubovik A.K., Denisov A.V., Bogoleisha S.V., Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor Panchenko A.V. The result of their research work was publications not only in such prestigious Belarusian publications as Vesci of the National Academy of Sciences, Vesci BSU, Belaruskaya Dumka, but also in scientific publications of the CIS countries and far abroad. Scientific publications discuss the problems of the historical memory of the people, the liberation of Belarus from Nazi occupation, the past and present political and social life of the Belarusian people, state building, integration and sovereignty.
In this regard, an example is the head of the department, doctor of historical sciences, professor, corresponding member of the NAS of Belarus V.A. Bobkov. This year, he published a collection of his own scientific works (BNTU publishing house, with a volume of 10 printed pages), published in a number of foreign publications. Among the scientific forums in which V.A. participated Bobkov, this is:
- International scientific-practical conference "Greater Eurasia: national and civilized aspects of development and cooperation" (organized by the Institute of World Civilizations, Moscow);
- National Scientific Conference with international participation “Modernization of Russia: priorities, problems, solutions” (organized by the G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Moscow);
- International round table "New global reality and the problems of modernization of historical consciousness" (organized by the Kazakhstan Institute of Philosophy and Religious Studies, Almaty).
As you can see, the discussions were on very serious scientific problems. And no less important is that Professor V.A. Bobkov and other teachers use the results of their research, the latest achievements in the humanities in the educational and educational process of BNTU, in working with students.
