In 1963 she crossed the threshold of technical school (now branch of BNTU “Soligorsk State Mining and Chemical College”), and more than 50 years is faithful to it. There were everything: worry, excitement, big love, huge feeling of happiness and real enjoyment of favorite work.
She stands out because of high professionalism, exceptional skills, honesty, good-heartedness, thoughtfulness, attentiveness and objectivity.
She is very strong person, never falling under somebody’s influence, with amazing vital energy, with tireless working capacity and with ability to be a leader.

Everyone knows her at concentrating factories, people recognize her in the streets, former graduates reminded of her with gratitude and warmth. Because whole her working life she devoted to training specialists of specialties “Enrichment of minerals”, “Machines and devices of chemical manufactures and enterprises of building materials”. Several generations enrichment technicians, mechanical technicians became professionals due to knowledge, experience and personal example of Raisa Ivanovna. They remind years of studying with pride, and future specialists are her students now.
In her 80 years Raisa Ivanovna is a person with modern views, promotes everything progressive and advanced. In her professional work uses modern informational and communicative technologies, possesses modern computer equipment. Training classes of Raisa Ivanovna develop mental abilities, the logic of thinking of students, form professional speech and teach professional communication. The quality of learning educational material is under the constant attention of the teacher. The lessons have a good psychological climate. All students feel comfortable and are included in active educational and cognitive activities.
Continuous self-learning, improvement of professional excellence, attendance of training events of all levels give her ability to share her experience with young specialists, support and help perspective teachers.
Raisa Ivanovna is active participant of scientific and methodological work. She is author and developer of complex methodological providing teaching disciplines, author of full series of materials in help for students, author of standard curriculum, which bear the stamp of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. Another standard curriculum “Educational and industrial practice” for the specialties 2 -48 01 34 Enrichment of minerals published in 2017. She is a non-replaceable head of industrial practice of students, is in close contact on issues relating to organization and common interest in results and quality of practical training with leading specialists of organizations, enterprises, bases of practice.
For qualified implementation of educational process Raisa Ivanovna together with students developed models, layouts, visual aids. A lot of them were demonstrated on the exhibitions of achievements of national economy of USSR and BSSR and were marked with diplomas and awarded with medals.
She is clever and talented, demanding of herself and those who are next to her. With her example Raisa Ivanovna brings up kind and smart people, real citizens of their country and real specialists – professionals.
Voloshina Raisa Ivanovna deserves the highest awards , among which is badge “Excellence of education of the Republic Of Belarus”. But the highest award give her colleges. They tell: “Our Raisa Ivanovna is college gold reserve”. And in reality it is like that.
