At 2nd of November 2018 VI International scientifically practical conference that was held within the framework of the 16th International scientifically practical conference called “Science to education, to production and to economy” took place at the BNTU.
The conference was traditionally organized by the department “Bridges and tunnels” of the BNTU with the support of OOO “PCC GRAITEK”, SOFiSTiK products distributor in the CIS, OOO “Competence Center Bridges” (c. Saint-Petersburg), ZAO “MAPEI”, OOO “Ecomost” and ZAO “PARAD”.
The experience of using software systems of BIM-technologies and analysis of FEM for the designing of building and constructions was considered. Around 100 participants took an active part in the conference: students, undergraduates’ students, graduate students, young scientists, specialists of higher educational institutions, design and construction organizations. The conference was opened with the greeting words by the vice-rector of the scientific work of the BNTU, corresponding member of the NAS of Belarus, and doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, Professor Malyarevich Alexander Mihailovich.
The subject of the conference was the topical issues of using modern software systems for the calculation of buildings and constructions at all levels of its life cycle. The moments concerning the current trends in the study of the design, construction and exploitation of transport facilities were also raise.
Despite the fact that the program of the conference was replete and the subject of the reports was very wide, each message aroused a lively interest among the audience: not one of the speakers left the podium without answering questions. Thanks to the conference, colleagues were able to share with each other the pressing issues in the promotion of innovative technologies.
To make presentations partners, colleagues and like-minded people from the Russian Federation and Ukraine come to the conference. They talk about unusual cycle of work performed for the exploitation of buildings and constructions. From the survey of the technical condition of building structures to the analyses of VAT after the monitoring of building structures. Already at the examination stage, both traditional and modern devices and methods, for example, thermal imaging studies and three-dimensional laser scanning should be used. Next step is to compiled the spatial design models taking into account the geological conditions, identified defects and structural damage. Based on the completed steps, a monitoring program is drawn up with the development of a project to control the most dangerous sections and structural units. After that, the monitoring of VAT with the obligatory scientific support of all its stages is carried out, which allows to perform work in the construction of reconstruction of building and constructions without stopping the exploitation of facilities.
The conference is aimed primarily at strengthening the professional and creative union.
