- Is it true that your explanation of the cause of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant the Government Commission headed by the developer of similar nuclear power plants (with RBMK-1000 reactors) academician N.A. Dollezhal recognized as the only correct one?
- Yes, it is. I discovered constructive weaknesses in the reactor and suggested several developments considered as the inventions (though secret ones) to eliminate them, which makes it impossible to repeat such an accident.
- Did you really refuse payment for the use of these inventions?
- Yes, I refused the fee. I wouldn't feel right about taking money for modest help in terms of people's misfortune. It was enough to get gratitude from M.S. Gorbachev the leadership of the USSR and the BSSR.
Is Belarusian NPP in Ostrovets safe?
- This station is of a new generation, ultra-reliable. What can really destroy it is a direct hit of a meteorite.

- Do you really have a patent on a nuclear vortex rocket engine for a cruise missile that V.V. Putin presented?
- Right. I have such an author's certificate of the USSR. It was the development of Belarusian scientists but we patented not the best option. Almost all inventors do the same. It is like the protection from those users of other people's inventions that do not intend to pay for someone else's work. For example, a better version of this engine allows the cruise missile to travel around the globe not once but seven times.
- Do you have a lot of inventions in the field of power engineering including nuclear issues?
- Yes, I do. I have over 100 copyright certificates and patents of different countries. When there was a Soviet Union I received up to 15 positive decisions a year.

- What about the implementation of your patents?
- More than 10 patents have been introduced in the energy sector in different countries including the Republic of Belarus at CHPP-4 which works on all turbines T250/300-240.
- Are your inventions in great demand?
- Some of the inventions are in demand. For example, there were more than one million requests for the invention of the USSR No. 965441 "Vortex chamber". If we speak about the invention of the USSR No. 1354615 "Degasator" there were 2 million requests on the Internet.
- Who can invent, create new equipment?
- Only those who have the right idea of the world they live in, those who know the engineering well. Those who know the things that others don’t.

- Do you still continue inventing?
- I develop only when there is a customer, for a specific case. At the moment I am engaged in the project on evaporation of various wastes and reception of forage for animals from the rests of sugar and alcohol productions.
- Do you receive patents nowadays?
- The other day I got four. Two in the European Union (№ 029179, № 029279) and two in Belarus (№ 21793, № 21623).
- Share the development process: from idea to implementation.
- The order comes. Initially, I seek information among patents and in literature. By the way, there was an order to improve the cleaning of the condenser for a thermal power plant where it was necessary to find the patents from the Washington Scientific Library until 1881 in order to thoroughly study the topic. I didn’t make any workstations, but I took a work site that could get into the suitcase and transported it directly to the testing ground of nuclear power plants in Elektrogorsk, Moscow and other places. The cost of testing such inventions was enormous, but there were customers who were willing to pay for everything.
- Which invention do you consider most important?
- The vortex desuperheater which is 100 times lighter than the standard one and the operating time is 100 times larger. Nothing can be broken down in it.
- Is there a method of obtaining energy that is more efficient than atomic energy?
- The most effective is the one that I worked on - to pump energy from the physical vacuum (from the ether). The types of works like Nikola Tesla and Victor Veinik did. They used electromagnetic fields to effect the ether and I utilized the vortex motion. These works were partially executed but due to lack of funding they were terminated.
- Is it true that V. Veinik created a time machine? Does it work?
- V.Veinik's machine worked but it's not a time machine. It is a simple device for getting into other worlds. After returning from there V.Veinik broke it. He moved from the Catholic faith to the Orthodox one, changed his name from Albert to Victor and started writing a book "Why I believe in God." V. Veinik said that people mustn't continue working on a time machine under any circumstances!
