On the 20th of March 2018 there was the opening of the art exhibition “Novruz in Belarusian National Technical University – Treasury of Persian culture” in the main building of Belarusian National Technical University. This exhibition is devoted to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Islamic Republic of Iran and within the framework of the festival “Navruz-Bairam – Nauryz-Meiram”.
The festival was attended by special guests: Deputy Head of Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Belarus Mr. Abbas Eskandari, university administration, representatives of the House of Friendship of Iranians in the Republic of Belarus, Chairman of the House of Friendship and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries Mrs. Ivanova N. S., IGAHEE (International Graduate Association of Higher Educational Establishments) graduates, teachers, staff and students of Belarusian National Technical University.
Subjects of culture and everyday life of Iran were presented in intergaleree, as well as the traditional New Year's table, "Haft Sin", which necessarily includes seven courses, the first letter in the name of which is "sin". Sabzekh - lentil or wheat sprouts, as a symbol of rebirth; samana - pudding from sprouted wheat; sib - apple, symbolizing health and beauty; sir - curative garlic; sumakh - grinded berries of the plant sumac, a symbol of dawn; serkeh - vinegar, as a sign of patience and wisdom.
A master class on Persian was held in the hall of the second floor. Everyone could get a souvenir with the inscription of his name in Persian. In the gallery "Beraginya" everyone who was interested in the national Iranian dishes could taste them.
The organizers of the holiday were: the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Belarus, the House of Friendship of Iranians in the Republic of Belarus, the Office of International Partnership and Foreign Economic Affairs, Department of International Partnership for Management of EMS and Foreign Trade.
A special contribution to the organization and holding of the festival "Navruz-Bayram – Nauryz-Meiram" was introduced by the deputy head of the House of Friendship of Iranians in the Republic of Belarus, the post-graduate student of Architectural Faculty Khamed Bayramzadekh.
During the period of study at the University Khamed Bayramzadekh actively participates in public life, organizes and conducts concerts, charity events, participates in the auctions "By the road of goodness", got the first prize in the Republican festival of creativity of foreign students "F.-ART.by" in competition video interview "People of the planet: Dialogues", takes part in numerous republican and city festivals and competitions.
The active work of Khamed Bairamzadekh is aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
