November 23, 2018 the branch of the BNTU "Minsk State Polytechnic College" celebrated 90th anniversary.
Its history began in 1928. As Polytechnic Schoolwitha teaching staff of 36 teachers trained studentsonly in three fields: road construction, peat industry and hydrometallurgy. TodayPolytechnic College became a modern secondary specializededucational institution with a number of specialties. It has over 1,500 students who want to acquire knowledge in eight professions and 108 qualified teachers.
A high prestige of our institution and high level of training were noted by the Deputy Minister of education of the Republic of Belarus Rudy Sergey Valentinovichand the Vice-Rector for Academic Activity of BNTU Gusev Oleg Konstantinovich in their greeting speech.
In honor of the 90th anniversary of the College best employees were awarded with diplomas and certificates of acknowledgement the Ministry of education, Belarusian National Technical University, of Pervomaisky district administration and public organizations.
The anniversary eventwas attended by the previous Principals of the College – Rakhley Ivan Sergeevichand Padhaiski Gennady Donatovich, representatives of key enterprises, such as JSC "Tractor plant", OJSC "Integral", OJSC "Minsk Wheel Tractor plant", LLC "Alutech", OJSC "Minsk gear factory", UE "Minsk branch of the Belarusian Railways", the Principal of the secondary special educational institutions, teachers of the college who devoted many years to our college . It is pleasant to stress that between those who came to congratulate the College on the anniversary were college graduates of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s.
