By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 228 dated May 8, 2026, Mirzaliev Sanzhar Makhamatjan ugli was appointed to the position of Executive Director of the Joint Belarusian-Uzbek Intersectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications (SBUMIPTK).
Congratulations to Sanjar Makhamatjan Ugli on this significant appointment. We wish him good health, inexhaustible energy, wisdom in decision-making, and significant success in his responsible and noble work for the development of engineering education and strengthening of friendly relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan. We are confident that his professionalism, rich management experience, and determination will enable him to successfully accomplish his tasks and take the activities of the SBUIPTC to a new level.
As a reminder, the SBUIPTC was established in 2019 in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-4524 dated November 20, 2019. The main objectives of the SBUIPTC are to train highly qualified engineering and technical personnel for the needs of the Uzbek economy in accordance with international standards, as well as to implement a two-stage learning model: the first half of the training period is conducted in Tashkent, and the second half is conducted in Minsk. Graduates of the institute receive a BNTU-issued diploma.
We are confident that under the leadership of Mirzaliyev Sanjar Makhamatzhan ugli, the institute will reach new heights and make a significant contribution to the training of engineering personnel for the industry of both countries.
