BNTU hosted a graduation ceremony for the first graduates of joint educational programs «2+2»
On June 30, a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to the first graduates who studied under the joint educational programs of our university and universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held at the Belarusian National Technical University. One of the striking examples of effective Belarusian-Uzbek cooperation in the field of education is the cooperation of BNTU and Tashkent State Technical Transport University (TSTrU), namely the first joint educational program "2 + 2". From 2019 to 2023, similar programs were also prepared and created with the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov (TSTU), the Karshi Institute of Engineering and Economics, the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, the Samarkand State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
For reference: the essence of the joint educational program "2 + 2" is that the first two years of study are held in the student's homeland, and two – in BNTU. A specific program is being developed for each direction, combining the experience and achievements of both educational institutions. Graduates of the joint educational program receive two diplomas at once: university at home and BNTU. To enroll, applicants undergo a certain selection: three entrance tests in disciplines. In addition to specialized subjects, the Russian language is a mandatory exam.

On November 28, 2022, the Belarusian National Technical University was visited by a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in 1992 (specialty "Mechanical Engineering Technology, Metal-cutting Machine Tools and Tools"), a citizen of the Republic of India Rohtash Kumar Gola . Once again in alma mater, Kumar immediately plunged into memories of student life, teachers.
