Specialties
Educational, methodical and scientific work
The department performs educational work at 13 faculties of the university (out of all 14) and practically participates in the training of specialists in 25 specialties. About 4 thousand students study at the department annually.
Teachers of the department conduct training in the following disciplines:
- Machine parts (for students of ATF, MSF, MTF, FGDE, IPF, FES, VTF);
- Theory of mechanisms and machines (for students of ATF, MSF, MTF, FGDE, IAP, FES, VTF);
- Basics of design and machine parts (for FITR students);
- Details and design of machines (MSF);
- Fundamentals of Machine Design (MSF);
- Vibrations in machines (MSF); Mechanics (EF);
- Applied mechanics (ATF, FGDE, MTF, FITR, FTUG, PSF, FMMP);
- Technical mechanics (FITR, ATP);
- Informatics (MSF); Information technology (MSF) Diagnostics of machines and equipment (MSF).
For all these disciplines, there is the necessary educational and laboratory base and methodological support has been developed.
