Graduate Education (Master's Degree)
The preparation of Master of Science graduates in full-time and part-time formats is carried out in the field of specialization: 7-06-0718-01 "Engineering Business" at the department. The program offers two specializations: "Innovative Development of Industrial Enterprises" and "Production Systems and Operational Efficiency".
Students pursuing their master's degree study subjects such as engineering economics, technological strategies of organization, management of high-tech productions, competitiveness of engineering business, business process engineering, analysis and program management of enterprise information resources, among others.
The master's program is open not only to graduates from the "Engineering Economics" department but also to professionals with higher education in economics or engineers who have undergone retraining in economic specializations at the higher education level. During this stage, students delve deeper into subjects such as engineering economics, technological strategies of organization, management of high-tech productions, competitiveness of engineering business, business process engineering, and analysis and program management of enterprise information resources.
Upon completion of their dissertation research and based on the decision of the State Examination Commission, graduates are awarded the degree of "Master of Science". This qualification enables them to manage structural divisions of industrial enterprises of any form of ownership in fields such as business analytics; business development; marketing; finance, planning, logistics; strategic development; business process engineering and reengineering; implementation of new equipment and technology; labor organization; human resources management; labor standardization; production organization and management; project management; and more.
