Students and staff of the faculty are actively engaged in research activities in both technical and pedagogical sciences. The faculty annually hosts scientific conferences, where students have the opportunity not only to present the latest scientific research, but also to exchange experience and knowledge with students, master's students and postgraduates from other universities and countries. Over the years of the department's work, students have published more than 300 scientific papers in conference collections; at the Republican review competitions, students have repeatedly been awarded the I, II and III categories.
