Students Research work

On November 29, 2022, a scientific student conference "Counteraction to Nazism" was held in the conference hall of the Scientific Library of the BNTU, which was organized and held by the Department of Social Management. More details can be read  here

On May 6, 2022, the Department of Social Management hosted the annual student scientific and technical conference as part of the 78th SNTK, the section "Political Science, Sociology and Ideology of the Belarusian State". The conference was attended by students of ATF, FGDE, FMMP, EF, FTUG, FITR, FES, AF, PSF, FTC. A total of 69 reports were prepared. In the speeches of the students, a fairly wide range of issues in the studied disciplines was touched upon: political science, sociology.

According to the results of the conference, the following were recognized as the best reports:

Litvinko Diana - "Digital sociology as a new scientific direction" (gr. 10808121). Scientific adviser - associate professor, Ph.D. Dubovik A.K.

Savchik Alina, Kishkurno Maria- "Politics and Literature" (gr. 10702220, 10702120). Scientific adviser - associate professor, Ph.D. Valeytenok V.V.

Voitkovich Elizaveta - "Attitude of student youth to social networks" (gr. 10507221). Scientific adviser - associate professor, Ph.D. Dubovik E.A.

Krasovsky Kirill - "The role of religion in the life of modern youth" (gr. 11403220). Scientific adviser - associate professor, Ph.D. Dubovik E.A.

As a result of the conference, students were awarded diplomas for the best work.

 An electronic collection of FTUG is being prepared for release, which will include 19 scientific student papers in the Department of Social Management.

REQUIREMENTS FOR WRITING AND DESIGN OF STUDENT SCIENTIFIC WORKS

Scientific works are carried out in printed form in accordance with the following structure and formatting rules:

1. Title page ( Appendix A ).
2. Introduction (it is necessary to indicate the purpose and objectives of the scientific work, to characterize the sources and literature used).
3. The main part (divided into chapters, each of them has its own title, which reflects the content of the chapter. The chapter may consist of paragraphs or subsections. If it is impossible to divide the text into chapters, then all the information is in a general form).
4. Conclusion (the main conclusions based on the results of the work should be formulated).
5. List of used sources (in alphabetical order, in accordance with the rules of biographical description, the used literature and other sources are placed: materials of periodicals, Internet sites, electronic documents, etc.).
6. Supplement (if necessary, diagrams, tables, graphs, photos, etc. are placed in this part)

Design Requirements

Use TimesNewRoman font , size 14 , single line spacing , margins: left - 30 mm, right - 10 mm, top and bottom - 20 mm.

A4 paper size , text is printed on one side of the sheet only. Automatic hyphenation. The text is justified . Pages are numbered in Arabic numerals in the lower right corner of the sheet . The 1st and 2nd sheets (title and content) are not numbered , but are taken into account when counting. The numbering starts from the "Introduction" page with the number "3".

Each structural element of the scientific work (contents, introduction, chapters, conclusion, list of references, additions) is printed in capital letters, aligned in the center and begins on a new sheet.

References in the text are numbered according to the serial number of the source in the list of references.
