Bovt Ivan Ivanovich (born 1932) He graduated from the Minsk Architecture and Construction College in 1952, BPI in 1961. He worked in Belpromproekt as a chief architect. Honored Architect of the BSSR, laureate of the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, academician of the Belarusian Academy of Architecture, academician of the International Academy of Architecture of the MAAM, member of the urban planning council of the Gosstroy of the USSR (1977–1981), the Gosstroy of the BSSR (1968–1982), the Department of Architecture of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Minsk City Executive Committee ( repeatedly), deputy of the Leninsky District Council of Workers' Deputies of Minsk (1965, 1967).
