Belogortsev Ruslan Igorevich (1945–2005)

Laureate of the Prize of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus. V.A. King. He graduated from BPI in 1969. He worked as a deputy. director for scientific work of BelNIIgiproselstroy, since 1989 - deputy. Chairman of the Gosstroy of the BSSR, since 1994 - deputy. Chairman of the Committee for Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Management of the Minsk City Executive Committee, since 1997 - Chief Advisor to the Construction Department of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, since 2004 - Chief Architect of Minsk - Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Main works:
planning and development projects for rural settlements - Natalyevsk-Chervensky (1971-1973), Krupitsa Minsky (co-author, 1972-1982), Ogarevichi Gantsevichsky (1972-1982), Vaverka Lidsky (1973-1980), Loshnitsa Borisovsky (1973-1980), Dory of the Volozhin district (in co-authorship, 1986).

Bovt Ivan Ivanovich (born 1932)

He graduated from the Minsk Architecture and Construction College in 1952, BPI in 1961. He worked in Belpromproekt as a chief architect. Honored Architect of the BSSR, laureate of the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, academician of the Belarusian Academy of Architecture, academician of the International Academy of Architecture of the MAAM, member of the urban planning council of the Gosstroy of the USSR (1977–1981), the Gosstroy of the BSSR (1968–1982), the Department of Architecture of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Minsk City Executive Committee ( repeatedly), deputy of the Leninsky District Council of Workers' Deputies of Minsk (1965, 1967). Awarded with the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and Friendship of Peoples, five medals and three Certificates of Honor of the Supreme Council of the BSSR, an honorary diploma of the Council of National Economy of the BSSR, a large gold, silver and 3 bronze medals VDNH USSR. He has the title of Righteous Among the Nations with a medal and an Honorary Diploma. All significant industrial buildings in the republic were created under the leadership and with the participation of I.I. Bovt, among them a refrigerator plant, a color printing factory, a Robot plant in Minsk, a carpet and hosiery plant, an electromechanical and electric lamp plant, enterprises of the Ministry of Light Food Industry in Brest, a cardan shaft plant in Grodno, an automobile plant and a plant for heavy forging stampings in Zhodino, a branch of Minsk tractor plant in Smorgon, etc. Author of more than 30 publications, 2 monographs (in the group of authors).

Lokotko Alexander Ivanovich (born in 1955)

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1977. Doctor of Historical Sciences, Doctor of Architecture, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. Laureate of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Laureate of the Prize of the Republic of Belarus "For Spiritual Adrajenne". National coordinator of the project "Golden Ring of Belarus" (UN/UNDP, 1996-1997). Member of the Presidium of the Republican Council of the Belarusian Society for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments, Vice-President of the Commission for Architecture and Design of the international organization of folk art UNESCO. He worked as an architect at the Belarusian Research and Design Institute for Rural Construction (BelNIIGiproselstroy) of the Gosstroy of the BSSR, led the architectural and restoration workshop of the Belarusian Restoration and Design Institute, From 1995, he was the Deputy Director for Research at the Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Life. Luchinovich Pavel Sergeevich (born in 1979)

He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the BNTU in 2000. He worked as the chief architect of projects at the Research Institute of the Construction Industry. Ataeva S.S.; head of the department of architecture in the administration of the Leninsky district; head of the department of urban planning, deputy chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Minsk City Executive Committee. Shafranovich Alexander Stepanovich (born 1952)

Laureate of the Prize of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture. V.A. King, medal "For Labor Merit" He graduated from BPI in 1975. From 1975 to the present he has been working at Belpromproekt (chief architect). Main projects: design and experimental base of the wheel tractor plant in Minsk; foundry production of a forging plant for heavy stampings in Zhodino; production and distribution center "Coca-Cola Belorussiya" in Kolyadichi; Palace of hockey on the street.
