To join a trade union , an employee submits to the trade union bureau of his structural unit:
- an application for membership in a trade union
- an application addressed to the rector (or the head of a BNTU branch) on non-cash deduction of trade union dues
- a completed registration card of a trade union member
- 2 photos 3*4
To register a trade union member who arrived from another organization, it is necessary:
- an application for trade union registration
- an application addressed to the rector (or the head of the BNTU branch) about the non-cash deduction of trade union dues
- an registration card
- a trade union card (if any)
- 2 photos 3*4 (in the absence of a ticket and a card from the previous place of work )

- Application for trade union registration in the PPO
- Application for non-cash deduction of trade union dues addressed to the rector
- Application for non-cash deduction of trade union dues addressed to the director of NIPI
Registration in the group of non-working pensioners is carried out on the basis of a written application of a trade union member who is retiring and completing his labor activity ( application form) .
