The procedure for receiving lump-sum cash payments is determined by the Regulations on Lump-sum Cash Payments to the Primary Trade Union Organization of Employees of the Belarusian National Technical University.
Lump-sum monetary payments to trade union members are made on the basis of a memorandum addressed to the chairman of the BNTU Workers' Association from the chairman of the guild trade union organization of the structural unit in free form, for anniversaries and retirement - in the prescribed form.:
the report form for a one-time cash payment for the anniversary
report form for a one-time cash payment in connection with retirement and completion of work
report form for a one-time cash payment when visiting health groups (sauna)
report form for a one-time cash payment to encourage professional activity
MEMO on the amount of financial assistance and one-time cash payments (from 01.01.2026)
