Education:
- in 2003, graduated with honours from the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State Academy of Physical Culture" with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports";
- in 2020, completed a Master's programme at the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" with a degree in "Theory and Methods of Physical Education, Sports Training, Health and Adaptive Physical Culture".
Professional activity:
- 2003–2023 – assistant, senior lecturer at the Department of Therapeutic Physical Culture of the EE "BSUPC";
- from 21 February 2024 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
- fulfills teaching load in groups of the Special Educational Department;
- is engaged in physical education of students with health disorders, conducts classes using modern forms and teaching methods.
Research activity:
- has held a Master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences since 2020;
- conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students";
- participant in scientific-methodological and scientific-practical conferences, including international ones; has published 16 scientific papers;
- 1st place in the competition for the best student scientific work in the field of physical culture, sports and tourism in 2020 at the EE "BSUPC"; diploma for 1st place in the nomination "Development of a happy childhood in the world" at the Seventh International Competition of Programmes and Projects "Future of Planet Earth" in 2021; diploma for a first-category work at the XXVII Republican Competition of Scientific Works of Students in 2021.
Continuing professional development:
- January 2021 – at the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of BSUPC with a programme "Modern approaches to the organisation of physical culture, health-improving and sports-mass work with the population".
