Education:
- in 1980, graduated from the Belarusian State Order of the Red Banner of Labour Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".
Professional activity:
- since 1983 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute (BPI);
- since 1994 – senior lecturer at the Department of BPI–BSPA–BNTU;
- fulfills teaching load at the main academic department of the Automotive and Tractor Faculty (ATF);
- responsible for sports and mass activities at the ATF, whose team regularly takes first places among BNTU faculties;
- since 1988, has been a handball coach at BPI–BNTU; the university's women's and men's teams compete at the Republican Student Universiade and win prize-winning places;
- participated in the development of the "Basketball" section within the framework of writing the curriculum for the discipline "Physical Culture" for BNTU students (2023);
- developed and implemented a methodology for conducting classes with students of the main department using crossfit and sports games based on students' coordination abilities, and tested its effectiveness.
Research activity:
- conducts research work in line with the departmental research theme;
- has 7 published scientific papers.
Continuing professional development:
- March–April 2021 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" in the course "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods";
- January 2023 – at the EE "BSUPC" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming";
- April 2025 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with a programme "Effective Strategies for Ideological and Educational Work at the Present Stage".
Sports achievements:
- Master of Sports of the USSR in Handball, Referee of the Highest National Category;
- member of the national team of the BSSR (late 1970s – early 1980s), member of the national team of the Republic of Belarus (late 1980s);
- served as the goalkeeping coach for the national women's handball team; is involved in refereeing matches of the Handball Championship of the Republic of Belarus, qualifying matches of the European and World Championships.
Awards:
- in 2020 – Certificate of the Republican Centre for Physical Education and Sports of Pupils and Students;
- in 2022 – Certificate of Honour of the BNTU Rector's Office for many years of active and fruitful pedagogical activity, high-quality training of qualified specialists for the Republic of Belarus.
