Education:
- in 1980, entered the Belarusian State Institute of Physical Culture;
- in 1985, graduated from the Khabarovsk State Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".
Professional activity:
- physical education teacher at Secondary School No. 1 in Korsakov, Sakhalin Region, Russian Federation;
- therapeutic physical culture instructor at the Central Hospital of Korsakov, Russian Federation;
- since 1995 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy (Minsk);
- since 2000 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of BNTU;
- from 2000 to 2017, was responsible for sports and mass activities at the Faculty of Energy Construction;
- fulfills teaching load at the main department of the Faculty of Energy Construction;
- participated in the development of an electronic educational and methodological complex for the section "Athletics" in accordance with the curriculum for the discipline "Physical Culture" approved in 2018.
Research activity:
- conducts research on the topic "Peculiarities of developing general endurance and strength abilities in students of the main academic department in the process of physical exercise";
- conducts scientific and methodological work on the topic "Application of modern fitness trends in physical education of BNTU students";
- constantly participates in scientific conferences;
- has about 30 published scientific papers.
Continuing professional development:
- completion of the advanced training programme "Formation of modern knowledge, skills and abilities for organising the process of physical education in higher education institutions" – 2014;
- "Current issues of professional activity of teaching staff" at BNTU in 2019;
- "Innovative educational technologies and methods" – BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" in March–April 2021;
- February 2025 – at the EE "BSUPC" in the programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming".
Sports achievements:
- from 1972 to 1981, was engaged in athletics (sprint), member of the national team of the BSSR, multiple winner and prize-winner of national competitions;
- Candidate for Master of Sports in hurdles.
