She graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute. She has been working at BPI-BSPA-BNTU since 1995. In 2000, E.K. Kostyukevich defended her PhD thesis on "Reducing the Energy Intensity of Raw Material Enrichment Processes in Solid Fuel Production." She holds the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences and the academic title of Associate Professor.
Her research interests include energy and resource conservation and the efficient use of local fuel and energy resources. She has over 150 publications.

- Fundamentals of Environmental and Energy Sustainability of Production.
For her special contribution to the development of gifted students in science, information technology, and programming, she was awarded the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Social Support of Gifted Students.
