Education:
- in 1997, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".
Professional activity:
- since 1997 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy;
- since 2002 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
- responsible for the organisation of physical culture and health-improving work at the Special Educational Department (SED);
- participated in the development of the curriculum for higher education institutions in the academic discipline "Physical Culture" (section "Special Educational Department") for BNTU specialities (Minsk, 2018);
- develops a programme of classes for 1st–2nd year students taking into account various diseases by monitoring the physical fitness and functional state of students assigned to the special medical group;
- develops individual exercise complexes (depending on the disease) for SED students (including for distance learning when working on the Teams platform).
Research activity:
- conducts research work in line with the departmental research theme;
- has about 30 published scientific papers, including 6 papers in the last 3 years.
Continuing professional development:
- March–April 2021 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with an educational programme "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods".
In 2020, she was awarded the Gratitude of the BNTU Rector's Office.
