Education:
- in 1986, graduated from the Belarusian State Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".
Professional activity:
- has been working at the department since 1989. Highly qualified teacher;
- participated in the development of the curriculum for higher education institutions in the academic discipline "Physical Culture" (section "Athletic Gymnastics") for BNTU specialities. Minsk, 2019;
- develops strength training complexes in the gym to prepare students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Processing for participation in the year-round Student Spartakiad in strength sports.
Research activity:
- has 37 published works;
- participates in scientific-methodological conferences and departmental events.
Continuing professional development:
- January 2019 – at RIIT BNTU with a programme "Organisation and methodological support of swimming classes for students";
- March–April 2021 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with a programme "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods";
- January 2023 – at the EE "BSUPC" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming".
Sports achievements:
- Candidate for Master of Sports in bullet shooting;
- holds the 1st coaching category and the 1st referee category in all-around;
- From 1989 to 2004, the national team of BPI–BSPA–BNTU, of which he was the coach, took only 1st and 2nd places in the Republican Spartakiad of Higher Education Institutions. The team included: 1 Master of Sports of International Class, 7 Masters of Sports, 12 Candidates for Master of Sports, 15 athletes of the 1st rank, and 20 athletes of the 2nd rank (initial training). Members of the BPI–BSPA–BNTU national team were simultaneously members of the national team of the republic and participants in European championships and other international competitions. He works with the BNTU national team in summer and winter all-around (shooting training). In 2021, the team took third place in the Universiade in winter all-around among higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
- Participant in the republican Spartakiad of education workers (shooting). In 2018, he took 5th place in billiard sports among BNTU employees; in 2019 – 3rd personal place in table tennis; in 2020 – 1st place in the individual table tennis championship.
Awarded the Certificate of Honour of BNTU in 2021.
