Graduated with honors from the Faculty of History of the Belarusian State Pedagogical University. Maxim Tank, majoring in History. Socio-political disciplines" (2011), correspondence master's degree (2013) and correspondence postgraduate study at BSPU (2017). On January 12, 2018, she defended her PhD thesis at the BSPU Council. On January 26, 2022, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty “History.”

• Integrated module “History”. History of Belarus in the context of European civilization
Area of scientific interests: history of social and labor relations, theory and practice of social partnership; history of trade unions; history of the engineering, technical and scientific intelligentsia of Belarus.
Based on the results of republican competitions of student scientific works in 2009 and 2010. awarded first degree diplomas from the Ministry of Education, a prize from the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of gifted students. Author of more than 120 published articles and reports at scientific conferences. Member of the team of authors of the FPB Council for the preparation of the encyclopedia “Trade Unions of Belarus” in two volumes (Minsk, 2011-2012). In January 2021, she was recognized as the winner of the competition “Best Young Scientist of BNTU 2020.” in the category “Humanities”.
