Antsiporovich Natalia

Education:

  • in 1999, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Physical Culture".

Professional activity:

  • since 1999 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of the Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy – BNTU;
  • since 2006 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
  • develops and implements into the educational process modern methods of bodyfitness classes based on the individual physical fitness profile of students of the Engineering and Pedagogical Faculty;
  • during the period of distance learning, successfully mastered the work on the Teams educational platform.

Research activity:

  • conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students"; carries out monitoring and comparative analysis of indicators of physical development, functional state and adaptive potential of students of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Management;
  • participates in scientific and methodological conferences at the university and national level;
  • has published 2 scientific papers in the last 3 years.

Continuing professional development:

  • November–December 2019 – Educational Establishment "Republican Institute of Vocational Education" (EE "RIPO") with a programme "Modern Technologies of Student Education";
  • March–April 2021 – BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with a programme "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods";
  • February 2026 – Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming".

Sports achievements:

  • Master of Sports in bodyfitness;
  • absolute champion of the Republic of Belarus in bodyfitness (2004);
  • bodyfitness coach, is the first coach who started developing this sport at BNTU;
  • trained 3 Candidates for Master of Sports, champions and prize-winners of the championships of the Republic of Belarus.
