From 10/12/2018 to 12/19/2018, a visit was held by the senior lecturer of the department "Thermal Power Plants" of the Power Engineering Faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University Andrei Burov to Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev.
During the business trip, work was carried out with the supervisor, the rector of the NSTU, S.M. Dmitriev and Director of the Institute of Nuclear Energy and Technical Physics, A.E. Khrobostov.
In the process of work, the plan and schedule of scientific work, the relevance and goals of the dissertation, the tasks and scientific novelty of the research, as well as the practical significance and implementation of the results of the work were finalized and approved. The methodology of the computational-experimental studies using the ANSYS and LOGOS software packages for the purposes of dissertation was also discussed. The content of the first chapter of the dissertation was developed in detail and a timetable for its implementation was agreed upon.
Andrei Burov was acquainted with the current state of scientific work at the Institute of Nuclear Energy and Technical Physics, conducted at the Center for the development and implementation of three-dimensional codes, created at NSTU as part of the Program for the Development of the Reference University.
