List of documents to be submitted to educational institutions for reinstatement:
· Application addressed to the head of the educational institution where the student wishes to be reinstated;
· Original (or copy) of the educational document;
· Certificate of enrollment;
A document confirming completion of a mandatory medical examination confirming the absence of medical contraindications to study, issued by the territorial healthcare organization of the Republic of Belarus (provided upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus);
A health certificate and a certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by the health authority of the student's country of origin;
Four photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm.
