Legislative acts regulating the procedure for reinstatement in educational institutions:

1. Article 69 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education
2. 574 Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

List of documents to be submitted to educational institutions for restoration:

· an application addressed to the head of the educational institution where the student wishes to be reinstated;
· the original (copy) of the educational document;
· a certificate of study;
· a document on passing a mandatory medical examination confirming the absence of medical contraindications to study, issued by the territorial healthcare organization of the Republic of Belarus (provided upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus);
· a certificate of health, a certificate of absence of HIV infection, issued by the health authority of the country from which the student arrived;
· 4 photographs measuring 3 x 4 cm.

From July 12 to August 1, the MIDO Admissions Office is located at 65 Nezavisimosti Avenue (BNTU Building 5, Room 55).

On days when documents are accepted and enrollment is conducted, the Admissions Committee is open from 9:00 to 18:00. 

In 2026, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will recruit students for the following general higher education specialties:

• 6-05-0311-02 Economics and Management (Economics and legal support of business activities) with a shortened training period (3 years, based on the USSO)
• 6-05-0612-01 Software Engineering with a reduced training period (3 years, based on USSO)
• 6-05-0612-01 Software engineering with a full term of study (5 years, based on general secondary, secondary specialized, vocational education)

Schedule of "Faculty Saturdays" for 2025-2026.

On March 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, a career guidance event will be held as part of Faculty Saturday at the International Institute of Distance Education of the Belarusian National Technical University (MIDO BNTU), in room 410 of the 20th academic building of BNTU, located at 25 F. Skoriny St., Building 3.
