Currently, the branch of BNTU "Institute for Staff Trainig and Retrainig" offers training in relevant retraining specialties and in more than 70 technical and economic courses that take into account modern requirements of the educational services market.

RETRAINING

Professional development of personnel with secondary specialized and/or higher education takes place in the following profiles (directions) of education:

• “Social Sciences, Journalism and Information” (direction of education “Social and behavioral sciences”);
• “Business, management and law” (direction of education “Business and management”);
• “Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics” (direction of education “Physical, Mathematical and Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences”, “Statistics”);
• “Information and communication technologies” (direction of education “Information and communication technologies”);
• “Engineering, manufacturing and construction industries” (direction of education “Engineering and engineering”, “Manufacturing and manufacturing industries”, “Architecture and construction”);
• “Services”(direction of education “Occupational Safety”, "Transport, logistics and postal services").

• Organization and procurement of goods (works, services) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (agreed with MART, 36 hours);
• Human Resources Specialist (with knowledge of personalized accounting) (including for beginners, 56 hours);
• Personal data protection (36 hours);
• HR Manager (44 hours);
• Production waste management (36 hours);
• Organization of environmental activities of the enterprise (36 hours);
• Practical hydraulics (54 hours);
• Fundamentals of Industrial Electronics (36 hours).

At the Department of "Enterprise Economics"

• Estimating in construction (for beginners, estimators, 50 hours);
• Estimates and calculations for work performed in construction (for experienced estimators, 36 hours);
• Head of a construction organization (40 hours);
• Economics and organization of the road sector (budgeting) (36 hours);
• Accounting in construction (50 hours);
• Technologies for promoting services and practical issues of organizing the operation of sports facilities (36 hours);
• Innovative educational technologies and methods (36 hours);
• Management accounting and budgeting by financial responsibility centers (40 hours);
• Advertising and PR (36 hours);
• Project management based on the PMBOK standard and MS Project (40 hours).

TRAINING FOR WORKING SPECIALTIES

Since 2004, the Institute has been solving an important social task of vocational training for working professions. During the period of work in this direction, training took place in six professions (specialties) in demand on the labor market and two training courses.

During the work of the BNTU "Institute for Staff Trainig and Retrainig" branch, more than 10,000 people underwent retraining, more than 45,000 people improved their skills, about 4,000 people received working professions.

The teaching staff of the Institute is more than 50 people, including 6 Doctors of Science and 23 Candidates of Science. About 200 highly qualified teachers from various universities, leading specialists from research institutes, sectoral ministries, enterprises (organizations) are also annually involved in conducting training sessions.

The branch of BNTU "Institute for Staff Trainig and Retrainig" has sufficient educational and methodological and material and technical base for training students, it is equipped with computer classes connected to a local network with Internet access.
