COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION FOR ADULTS

In 2025, the faculty and master's student from Tashkent State Transport University successfully completed advanced training courses at the branch of the Belarusian National Technical University "Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel in New Directions of Development of Engineering, Technology and Economics of BNTU" and received documents of the established state standard.

The opening of the first Belarusian-Uzbek joint educational program for advanced training between the Joint Belarusian-Uzbek Intersectoral Institute of Applied Technical Qualifications in Tashkent (hereinafter referred to as SBUMIPTK) and the branch of the BNTU "Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Personnel in New Directions of Development of Engineering, Technology and Economics" took place February 9, 2023. Director of BUMIPTK Gancherenok I.I., executive director of BUMIPTK Zhabborov N.M. took part in the opening of the courses "Innovative educational technologies and methods" for students (representatives of the teaching staff of SBUMIPTK) and head of the department of IPK and PC Karpovich S.S.

In 2021 , an employee of the Vladimir State University named after A. G. and N. G. Stoletovs (VlSU), head of the Department of Physics and Applied Mathematics, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Sergey Martirosovich Arakelyan , took part in the framework of the project of the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational programs of JSC RUSNANO on the topic "Laser methods of nanostructuring and surface nanomodification: fundamentals and practical applications".

The advanced training course "Practical Hydraulics", developed jointly with practitioners of Belhydrosila Group LLC, arouses stable interest not only among employees of Belarusian enterprises, but also among hydraulic specialists from near and far abroad. As part of the course in 2015-2021. Citizens of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Denmark underwent advanced training together with Belarusian specialists.

In 2020 , a joint educational project was opened with the Suzhou Institute of Applied Blockchain Research (People's Republic of China) - http://uton.net . According to the results of the visit of the delegation of our institute to the Heshu Sofware company, studying their work experience and discussing possible forms of cooperation between the director of the Heshu Sofware company, Mr. Tang Y., and the director of our institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor O.P. Reut has developed a plan for the implementation of advanced training topics (courses) in the following areas: information technology software, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, web design and computer graphics, etc.

As the first stage of the project, our institute and the Suzhou Institute of Applied Blockchain Research announced a set on the topic: "Pattern recognition and artificial intelligence systems." Education on this topic will be held in the correspondence (remote) form using infocommunication technologies. After completing the training, citizens of the People's Republic of China will receive State Certificates of Professional Development of the Republic of Belarus.

Based on the results of testing the first stage of the project with the Suzhou Institute of Applied Blockchain Research (ABR), it is planned to develop a long-term program of cooperation in the "double diploma" system.

In 2019 , specialists from Lithuania were trained on the topic: “Verification of non-destructive testing equipment” (JSC “Lithuanian Railways”). Within the framework of scientific and technical cooperation, contracts were concluded with Fianit-Impex LLC (Solnechnogorsk, Russian Federation) for the manufacture of chrysoberyl crystals and with GORMASH JSC (Belgorod, Russian Federation) for the manufacture of thermo-corrosion-resistant electrical insulators from vacuum-tight ceramics. An agreement was concluded and joint advanced training courses were developed with   the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanov (PREU named after G.V. Plekhanov).

In 2018 , an internship was held for specialists from Vladimir State University (VlSU) on the topic "Technological processes and equipment for the production of products from transparent laser ceramics", during which Russian specialists got acquainted with the scientific research of the Research Center for OMT in the field of studying ceramic materials as active laser media and passive saturable media and got acquainted with the equipment and technology for obtaining crystals by the Czochralski method in the Scientific Research Laboratory "Laser Crystals" of the Institute of Physics and Technology of BNTU.

In 2017 , specialists from the Egyptian Nuclear Radiological Regulatory Authority took advanced training courses under the program “Sample Preparation for Alpha Spectrometry”.

In 2016 , 2 groups of specialists of the Russian Federation from the MAI also underwent advanced training on the topics: “Modern and promising technologies for the production of structural elements and products from polymer composite materials” and “New metal materials, advanced technologies for their production and processing”. Among the participants were representatives of the Kazan Aviation Plant - a branch of PJSC Tupolev (Kazan), JSC NPC Gas Turbine Engineering Salyut (Moscow), PJSC Kazan Helicopter Plant (Kazan), ONPP Technology (Obninsk), LLC MIP Modern means of automation (FGBOU VPO "East Siberian State University of Technology and Management", Department of Aircraft and Helicopter Engineering, Ulan-Ude).

In 2015d. international cooperation with Russian universities was continued as part of the implementation of the departmental target program of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia "Professional Development of Engineering and Technical Personnel for 2015-2016". From the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education "MATI - Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky" (MATI) (currently "Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University)" (MAI)) specialists of Russian enterprises underwent advanced training PJSC Irkut Corporation and JSC ONPP Tekhnologiya im. A.G. Romashina". Topic of advanced training: "Modern and advanced technologies for the production of structural elements and products from polymer composite materials." As part of the advanced training program, Russian colleagues visited scientific centers and educational institutions: State Scientific Institution “Institute of Powder Metallurgy”, State Scientific Institution “Physico-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus”, State Scientific Institution “Institute of Mechanics of Metal-Polymer Systems named after V.A. Bely of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus”, Belarusian State Technological University, State Scientific Institution “Institute of Chemistry of New Materials of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus”.

In 2014 , cooperation between the IAT and RP BNTU with MSTU. N.E. Bauman and Nizhny Novgorod State University. R.A. Alekseev (NSTU named after R.A. Alekseev) was continued as part of the implementation of the Presidential program for advanced training of engineering personnel of the Russian Federation for 2012-2014, approved by decree of the President of the Russian Federation on May 7, 2012 No. 594. Based on the IPK and PC BNTU conducted an internship for 4 groups of specialists from leading Russian enterprises.

From MSTU im. N.E. M.V. Khrunichev and Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Research and Production Center for Automation and Instrumentation named after. Academician N.A. Pilyugin. Topic of the internship: "Innovative development of equipment and technologies in the aerospace industry." As part of these internships, Russian specialists visited leading enterprises and leading scientific centers of the republic: Minsk CHPP-3, OJSC Integral, GPO Powder Metallurgy, State Scientific Institution Institute of Heat and Mass Transfer. A.V. Lykov” and others, where they got acquainted with the technological processes of production and the results of the work of scientists of the republic.

From NSTU im. R.A. Alekseev, specialists from the following Russian enterprises were trained: Branch No. 1 of the Almaz-Antey Air Defense Concern. Topic of the internship: "Equipment and technology of welding production." OJSC "Nizhny Novgorod Machine-Building Plant". Topic of the internship: "Nuclear steam generating plants". Russian specialists studied the technological processes of production at the leading enterprises of our republic: JSC "NPO Center", LLC "Rukhservosotor", JSC "Belaz" - the management company of the holding "Belaz-Holding". In addition, the Russian interns visited the leading scientific centers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and educational institutions: State Scientific Institution "Physico-Technical Institute", State Scientific Institution "Joint Institute for Energy and Nuclear Research - SOSNY", BSUIR, International Innovation Ecological Park "Volma", etc.

In February 2013 , on the basis of IATRP, a unique advanced training course was held for a specialist from Pavlodar State University (Republic of Kazakhstan) on the topic “Energy saving and ways to reduce losses of heat and electricity”.

In December 2013 , the Institute conducted training for 2 groups of specialists from the Russian Federation on the topics: "Fundamentals of energy management and energy efficiency improvement of a science-intensive enterprise" (from N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University) and "Modern information technologies for the design of radio electronic equipment ”(from the Nizhny Novgorod State University named after R.A. Alekseev).

In December 2013 , IATRP, together with RIIT BNTU, held the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Trends in Additional Education" within the framework of the Forum of the Union State of Engineering and Technology Universities.

As part of the implementation of the Interstate Program for the implementation of the Concept for the formation of a single (common) educational space of the CIS member states in 2010 between the branch of the BNTU "IATRP" and the Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Studies in New Directions in the Development of Engineering and Technology of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman (MIPK MSTU named after N.E. Bauman), with the active support of Rossotrudnichestvo and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation, an agreement was signed on cooperation in the field of educational and scientific activities. Pursuant to the agreement in 2011In 2009, approbation of educational and methodological materials of the advanced training program "Information Systems and Technologies" for students and employees of the branch of BNTU "IATRP" was carried out. The training was conducted in a remote form on the basis of the department "New materials and technologies" (currently " Innovative processes "). A further continuation of work in this area was the creation on March 29, 2012 on the basis of IATRP BNTU of a “remote access point” to the educational resources of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman.

As part of the opening of the access point, a master class on the course "IT Project Management" was also held in the classroom. The training was completed by 18 students of the branch, who, upon completion of the training, were issued certificates (certificates) of advanced training of the state standard as MSTU. N.E. Bauman and BNTU.

In November 2012 , 3 employees of the IATRP BNTU underwent an internship directly on the basis of the Moscow State Technical University. N.E. Bauman under the program "Information Protection in Information Systems".
