An electric and gas welder is a versatile specialist skilled in several welding methods. They join metal parts and structures using an electric arc (manual arc welding), a gas flame, and semiautomatic equipment in a protective gas environment. Such specialists are in demand at construction sites, industrial facilities, in housing and utilities, auto repair shops, and during pipeline installation.

The program is designed to provide maximum useful knowledge and prepare you for real-world work in production:
Theoretical section:
Materials science and steel classification.
The design and operating principles of welding equipment (transformers, rectifiers, inverters, gas torches, semiautomatic machines).
Manual arc welding with coated electrodes.
Gas welding and cutting of metals.
Welding in a shielded gas environment (CO₂, argon).
Reading drawings and welding diagrams.
Occupational health and safety.
Practical training at the employer's company:
The practical part of the course is organized according to a proven model: you complete it at the company where you plan to work.
