Admission of students to the MTF

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION OF STUDENTS OF THE BELARUSIAN NATIONAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY TO THE
MILITARY TECHNICAL FACULTY AND ORGANIZATION OF THEIR TRAINING UNDER MILITARY TRAINING PROGRAMS

PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS

FOR ENTRY

Students studying at the faculties of the BNTU and who expressed a desire to study at the VTF under the training programs for reserve officers
in the period from September 1 to October 25 november an application addressed to the head of the VTF in accordance with ( APPENDIX 1 ).

Attached to the application :

a copy of the passport (pp. 31-33 and the page with registration (registration)), or other identity document ;

copy the draftee 's certificate (military ID) ;

characteristics and from the place of study, compiled and signed by the curator of the study group, agreed by the dean (deputy dean) of the faculty , certified by the seal of the faculty in accordance with Appendix 2.

2 photos 3x4 in size;

written consent of the student to conduct verification activities in relation to him in connection with granting him access
to state secrets (if necessary).

When submitting documents, the student must have with him the original documents specified in this paragraph.

After submitting an application in the direction of the head of the WTF, a student who has expressed a desire to study (to be trained) in military training programs is sent for a medical examination to determine the category of fitness for military service for health reasons.

To undergo a medical examination, the candidate submits to the military commissariat at the place of registration a referral signed by the head of the WTF and a copy of the characteristics and from the faculty where the
student is studying.

At the end of the medical examination, the student receives a certificate of passing on the degree of fitness at the military commissariat and, regardless of its results, personally submits it to the WTF.

Students for health reasons declared unfit for military service in peacetime, limited fit for military service in wartime, unfit for military service with exclusion from military registration and temporarily unfit for military service, as well as untimely submission of the necessary documents to the WTF for training military training programs are not allowed.
