The conditions and procedure for admission of applicants to the military-technical faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University
are established by the Rules for Admission of Persons for Obtaining General Higher and Special Higher Education, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 23 dated January 27, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Admission Rules), by the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus
dated August 10, 2022 No. 245 “On entrance examinations for admission to institutions of higher education”, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and this Procedure.

Belarusian National Technical University (hereinafter - BNTU) has a special permit (license) for the right to carry out educational activities No. ___________________, issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of a decision of ________________ No. ______.

DEADLINES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS

1. In accordance with paragraph 15 of the Admission Rules, the deadlines for accepting documents from applicants to the university admissions committee are established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

2. In accordance with paragraph 19 of the Admission Rules, the terms for conducting entrance examinations are established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

Admission of applicants is carried out for the full period of obtaining general higher and special higher education on a full-time basis at the expense of the republican budget.

Абитуриенты сдают три вступительных испытания по трем учебным предметам в форме централизованного тестирования или централизованного экзамена (далее – ЦТ или ЦЭ):

по белорусскому или русскому языку (по выбору) и по двум
учебным предметам (далее – профильные испытания) в соответствии
с избранной специальностью (профилизацией):

ПОРЯДОК ЗАЧИСЛЕНИЯ

Общие положения

3. На военно-технический факультет принимаются на конкурсной основе граждане Республики Беларусь, которые имеют общее среднее образование или профессионально-техническое образование с общим средним образованием или среднее специальное образование, подтвержденное соответствующим документом об образовании:

в возрасте от 17 до 21 года, в том числе те, которые достигнут
17-летнего возраста или достигли 21-летнего возраста в год поступления для получения образования;

проходящие военную службу по контракту и не имеющие воинского звания офицерского состава (далее – военнослужащие, проходящие военную службу по контракту), – в возрасте не старше 25 лет;

прошедшие или проходящие срочную военную службу, службу
в резерве, а также прошедшие военную службу по контракту, – в возрасте не старше 23 лет.

Возраст кандидатов, поступающих на военно-технический факультет, определяется по состоянию на год поступления для получения образования.

Граждане, не достигшие 18-летнего возраста, принимаются
на обучение с письменного согласия родителей или иных законных представителей.

Порядок подачи и предъявления документов для поступления

4. Военнослужащие, проходящие военную службу по контракту, срочную военную службу, службу в резерве, изъявившие желание поступить на военно-технический факультет, до 10 марта 2023 г. подают рапорт по команде на имя командира воинской части, в котором указываются:

воинское звание, фамилия, имя, отчество;

дата рождения;

занимаемая воинская должность;

образование;

наличие допуска к государственным секретам (его форма, номер
и дата согласования с органами государственной безопасности Республики Беларусь);

полное наименование учреждения высшего образования, факультета, избранной специальности (профилизации);

в чьих интересах (Вооруженных Сил, Внутренних войск, Государственного пограничного комитета) желают проходить обучение.

К рапорту прилагаются:

автобиография;

служебная характеристика;

копия служебной карточки;

копия свидетельства о рождении;

копия документа, подтверждающего получение общего среднего образования (копия аттестата) или профессионально-технического образования с общим средним образованием (копия диплома                                        и приложения к нему), либо среднего специального образования (копия диплома и приложения к нему);

четыре фотографические карточки (без головного убора размером
45×60 мм), заверенные командиром воинской части.

5. Учебное дело военнослужащего, проходящего военную службу по контракту, срочную военную службу, службу в резерве формируется
   в соединениях, воинских частях по месту военной службы, службы
   в резерве.
6. По прибытии в университет военнослужащие, проходящие военную службу по контракту, срочную военную службу, службу                   в резерве, лично подают в приемную комиссию следующие документы:

заявление на имя ректора университета по форме согласно приложению 1 к Положению о приемной комиссии учреждения высшего образования, утвержденному постановлением Министерства образования Республики Беларусь от 23.03.2006 № 23, с указанием в разделе «дополнительные сведения» в чьих интересах (Вооруженных Сил, Внутренних войск, Государственного пограничного комитета) желает проходить обучение;

документ, удостоверяющий личность;

оригиналы документов, подтверждающих получение общего среднего образования (аттестат) или профессионально-технического образования с общим средним образованием (диплом и приложение                       к нему) или среднего специального образования (диплом и приложение                        к нему);

служебное удостоверение (военный билет);

оригиналы сертификатов ЦТ или ЦЭ, проведенного в Республике Беларусь в 2023 (2022) году, по соответствующим профильным вступительным испытаниям;

командировочное удостоверение (отдельно на каждого военнослужащего, проходящего военную службу по контракту, срочную военную службу, резервиста);

медицинскую книжку;

документы, подтверждающие право абитуриента на льготы
при зачислении на военно-технический факультет.

7. Лица из числа гражданской молодежи, изъявившие желание поступать на военно-технический факультет, до 1 апреля 2023 г. подают заявление в военный комиссариат района (города) по месту жительства. В заявлении указываются:

фамилия, имя, отчество;

дата рождения;

образование;

адрес места жительства, домашний и мобильный номер телефона, адрес электронной почты;

наличие допуска к государственным секретам (его форма, номер и дата согласования с органами государственной безопасности Республики Беларусь);

полное наименование учреждения высшего образования, факультета, избранной специальности (профилизации);

в чьих интересах (Вооруженных Сил, Внутренних войск, Государственного пограничного комитета) желают проходить обучение.

К заявлению прилагаются:

автобиография;

характеристика с места учебы или работы;

для обучающихся в учреждении образования (иной организации, которой в соответствии с законодательством предоставлено право осуществлять образовательную деятельность по программам общего среднего образования или профессионально-технического образования либо среднего специального образования) на момент подачи заявления, – справка об обучении;

для абитуриентов, которые окончили соответствующие учреждения образования, – копии документа, подтверждающих получение общего среднего образования (аттестат) или профессионально-технического образования с общим средним образованием (диплом и приложение                        к нему) или среднего специального образования (диплом и приложение                     к нему), заверенные военным комиссаром военного комиссариата;

копия свидетельства о рождении, заверенная военным комиссаром военного комиссариата;

четыре фотографические карточки (без головного убора размером 45×60 мм), заверенные военным комиссаром военного комиссариата;

для абитуриентов, не достигших 18-летнего возраста, – письменное согласие одного из родителей либо представителя, заверенное военным комиссаром военного комиссариата.

8. The educational case of the applicant is formed in the military commissariat of the district (city) at the place of residence.
9. Upon arrival at the university, the applicant personally submits the following documents to the admission committee:

an application addressed to the rector of the university in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Regulations on the admission committee of a higher education institution, approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus dated March 23, 2006 No. 23, indicating in the “additional information” section in whose interests (Armed Forces, Internal Troops, State Border Committee) wishes to be trained;

identity document;

original documents on education confirming the receipt of general secondary education (certificate) or vocational education with general secondary education (diploma and supplement to it) or secondary specialized education (diploma and supplement to it);

original certificates of the CT or CE held in the Republic of Belarus in 2023 (2022) according to the relevant specialized entrance examinations;

conscript's certificate (for military personnel transferred to the reserve - a military ID);

documents confirming the applicant's right to benefits
when enrolling in the military-technical faculty;

documents on the results of professional selection.

The procedure for conducting professional selection

10. Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who have passed professional selection in the manner established by the Instruction on the procedure for the implementation of professional selection of citizens who have expressed a desire to enter military educational institutions for education, approved by the Decree of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, have the right to participate in the competition for higher education at the military-technical faculty dated 07.07.2014 No. 22.
11. The professional selection of candidates for admission
    to the military-technical faculty is carried out by a comprehensive assessment of each candidate according to the following indicators:

health status;

physical fitness (according to the appendix to this Admission Procedure);

professional-psychological indicators (assessment of the military-professional orientation and individual psychological qualities).

12. The professional selection of candidates for admission to the military-technical faculty is carried out in two stages: preliminary
    and final.
13. Preliminary professional selection of candidates
    for admission to the military-technical faculty from among:

military personnel undergoing military service under a contract, fixed-term military service, service in the reserve, is carried out by commissions
for the preliminary professional selection of candidates from the relevant military command and control bodies;

civilians is carried out by commissions for the preliminary professional selection of candidates for military commissariats of districts (cities).

14. The final professional selection of candidates
    for admission to the military-technical faculty is carried out by the commissions of the military commissariats of the regions (city of Minsk).

The composition and terms of work of commissions for professional selection are determined by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus.

The final conclusion on the compliance (non-compliance) of the applicant with the requirements for applicants is taken by the commission for the professional selection of candidates.

Reception features

15. To the places established by the control figures for admission
    to the military-technical faculty for education in the interests of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, the Internal Troops, the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus (if necessary, in the interests of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the State Committee for Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus, bodies financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus, bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus), enrollment is carried out on a separate competition in accordance with the quota established by the founder of the institution of higher education of the Republic of Belarus for each state body, and the quota for male and female persons.
16. To the places established by the admission control figures for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in the group of profiles of the specialty 6-05-0715-07 “Operation of ground transport and technological machines and complexes” (profilings: “Road-building machines and equipment for special purposes”, “Operation and repair of multi-purpose caterpillar and wheeled vehicles”, “Technical operation of automotive equipment”) (hereinafter referred to as the group of specialty profiles) a general competition is held.
17. When submitting documents to the admission committee of the university for participation in the competition for a group of specialty profiles, the applicant personally in the application addressed to the rector of the university indicates in numbers in order of preference the profile of the specialty in which he wants to study. If the applicant wishes to enter only one of the specialty profilings, other specialty profilings are not indicated, or are marked with a set mark.
18. Enrollment of an applicant participating in the competition for a group of specialty profiles is carried out according to the competition based on the total score calculated based on the results of entrance examinations and the average score of the document on education for the first profile indicated in the application. An applicant who does not pass the competition for the first profiling indicated by him in the application, which is included in the group of specialty profiling, continues to participate in the competition on a general basis for the following specialty profilings chosen by him in order of preference.

Deadlines for enrolling applicants

19. In accordance with paragraph 28 of the Admission Rules, the terms for enrolling
    in the university are set by the Ministry of Education.
20. The list of persons entitled to benefits upon admission to the military-technical faculty is determined in accordance with paragraphs 23 and 26 of the Admission Rules.
21. The places remaining after the enrollment of applicants
    on the basis of clauses 23 and 26 of the Admission Rules are enrolled by applicants based on the total score.
22. The preferential right to be enrolled in case of an equal total amount of points in the order of transfer is for the persons specified in clause 27 of the Admission Rules.

Application

ORDER

checking the physical fitness of candidates for admission to the military-technical faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University

The physical fitness of candidates is tested in three exercises that characterize the physical qualities of speed, strength
and endurance (for males: 100 m run, 1.5 km run, pull-ups on the bar; for females: 100 m run,
1 km run , lifting the torso from a supine position), within one day. The form of clothing for performing exercises is arbitrary.

Exercise requirements:

Pulling up on the crossbar is performed from the hang on straight arms with a grip from above, each time from a stationary position (the position of the hang is fixed for 1-2 s). The candidate, bending his arms, must pull himself up, extending his arms, lower himself into a motionless hang without jerking and swinging his legs. When pulling up, his chin should be above the bar of the crossbar. The execution of the exercise is counted at the moment when the candidate's body has returned to the hanging position.

Raising the torso from the supine position is performed
from the initial position “lying on the back”, the legs are bent at the knees to an angle of 90 ^° and fixed, for military personnel, the fingers are fixed
behind the head in a “lock”, for civilians, the hands are crossed in front of the chest, palms fixed at the elbow joints. Raising the torso and leaning forward, it is necessary to touch the knees with the elbows and return to the starting position until the shoulder blades touch the floor. The performance of the exercise is counted when returning to the starting position. Slight spreading of the legs, an increase in the angle in the hip and knee joints, the use of gymnastic mats, the help of a partner in fixing the legs are allowed. Execution time - 1 min.

The 100m run is held on flat ground. At the command
"To the start" it is necessary to approach the start line and take the starting position. At the command "Attention" you need to take a fixed position. On the command "March" start running. The end of the distance is fixed
at the moment when the participant touches the imaginary finish plane with any part of the body.

Running for 1 and 1.5 km is carried out from the general start. The start
and finish conditions are similar to the organization of the 100m run.

Satisfactory physical readiness of the candidate is the fulfillment of the standards for all exercises.

One attempt is given to complete the exercises. In the event of interference that had a significant impact on the performance of the exercises (heavy rain, gusts of wind, the candidate’s fall during the run, a fall (fall) from the gymnastic crossbar, damage to sports shoes during the run, which does not allow finishing the distance, other reasons beyond the control of the candidate ), the candidate,
on a reasoned application, with the permission of the chairman of the commission
for conducting physical fitness testing, may be given an additional attempt, the results of which are drawn up in the form of a separate statement and reflected in the minutes of the meeting of the commission for the professional selection of candidates.

A candidate whose physical fitness is assessed as unsatisfactory is considered not to have passed the professional selection.

1. Candidates for admission to the military-technical faculty from among military servicemen of fixed-term military service and military servicemen under contract perform exercises
   in combat (everyday) uniforms or in sports uniforms.
2. Candidates for admission to the military-technical faculty from among military personnel serving in the reserve perform exercises in sportswear.
