In the 2023/2024 academic year, 2 student conferences were held at the department: the VI International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference of Students and Undergraduates "Casting and Metallurgy 2023" (November 23-24, 2023), at which 20 reports were made, the XXV Republican Student Scientific and Technical Conference "New Materials and technologies for their Processing" (April 18-19, 2024), at which 10 reports were made. 43 students were engaged in research work at the department.
