Documents for the accommodation of first-year students in BNTU dormitories will be accepted from 29 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the first floor, in Room 103 of Academic Building No. 11A, located at 9 B. Khmelnitskogo Street.Documents will not be accepted on the reserve day.

If, for a valid reason, an applicant is unable to submit the documents in person during the specified period, scanned copies of the documents must be sent in advance, no later than 31 July 2026, to roblekevg@bntu.by. The original documents must subsequently be provided.
an application completed according to the approved template, A4 format;
a certificate of residence and family composition. If the student or their parents are registered at different addresses, certificates from the places of residence of all family members must be provided;
a certificate from the educational institution attended by a brother or sister who has student status, if applicable;
information on the parents’ income for the 12 months preceding the month in which the application is submitted. If there is no income, supporting documents must also be provided. In the case of temporary unemployment, a copy of the employment record book must be submitted. Self-employed persons must provide a certificate from the tax authority;
the original and/or a copy of documents confirming eligibility for benefits, if applicable.
The complete set of documents must be placed in a transparent plastic folder.
a copy of the divorce certificate or other documents confirming the absence of one parent, if the student comes from a single-parent family;
a certificate from the civil registry office confirming single-mother status;
copies of the unified social benefits certificate or other documents confirming the status of an orphan, a child deprived of parental care, or a person from among orphans and children deprived of parental care;
a copy of a disability certificate for persons with a Group I or Group II disability, children with disabilities under the age of 18, or students whose one or both parents have a Group I or Group II disability;
a copy of a certificate confirming entitlement to benefits under the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Social Protection of Citizens Affected by the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Disaster”;
a copy of a large-family certificate for students from families raising three or more minor children;
a copy of the pension certificate of one or both parents, if they are retired and not employed;
documents confirming that the student is included in the national database of gifted and talented young people;
documents confirming that the student is or was a resident of a boarding home for children with disabilities or another residential childcare institution;
other documents confirming the need for a place in a dormitory.
When submitting documents for a dormitory place between 29 July 2026 and 31 July 2026, the presence of a legal representative is not required.However, when moving into the dormitory and signing the relevant agreements, legal representatives of students under the age of 18 must be present.
The lists of students allocated places in BNTU dormitories will be published after 15 August 2026 on the notice board near the FITR Dean’s Office in Academic Building No. 11A, Room 204. The information will also be communicated to the student group representatives.
