The department manages the assembly hall of the 8th educational building, equipped with sound equipment and lighting fixtures for hosting mass events and student activities.

The department team ensures that computer science, informatics, CAD, and other related classes are conducted in the computer labs, develops a variety of methodological and software materials, and provides consultations for faculty members and department staff on the use of computing technology and software. The department also assists graduate students and doctoral candidates in preparing their theses, monographs, and reports, as well as supporting the dean's office in developing and formatting curricula, tracking workload, and other tasks. In addition to these functions, staff members are involved in layout and printing of methodological and presentation brochures, advertising materials, curricula, ATF advertisements, and visual aids, as well as overseeing student internships and staff training.

Main Tasks of the ITSEDP at ATF:

  • Development and implementation of a computerization strategy for the faculty and the advancement of new information technologies.

The total number of PCs connected to the ATF LAN exceeds 120, with more than 90 having Internet access.

The department's overall inventory includes over 40 PCs and more than 10 units of peripheral equipment (printers, plotters, etc.). Additionally, there are more than 10 pieces of audio equipment and devices for digital photo and video recording.
