A REMINDER
for the authors of articles
Dear students!
 
To include your work in the collection of materials of the 82nd Student Scientific and Technical Conference at the Faculty of Automotive Engineering, the following requirements must be strictly observed:
 
General design parameters
Publication format: A5 (148×210 mm).
Margins: top 1.8 cm, bottom 2.2 cm, left 1.7 cm, right 1.7 cm.
Volume of work: from 4 to 5 pages (including a list of sources).
Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt.
Line spacing: single
Interval before, interval after: 0 pt
Text alignment: width-wise.
Paragraph indentation (first line): 0.50 cm.
Font for captions of drawings: Times New Roman, 9 pt.

Content and structure of the work
Each article should include:
– UDC;
– title (short and precise title), no more than 25 words in Russian and English;
– information about the authors and the scientific supervisor in Russian and English;
– abstract in Russian (no more than 100 words) with a summary of the purpose, methods, results and conclusions;
– abstract in English;
– keywords (3-5 words or phrases) in Russian and English;
– introduction (relevance, purpose, objectives of the study);
– the main part (the essence, analysis, argumentation, results);
– conclusion (conclusions and prospects of the study);
– list of sources;
– the date of submission of the material.
 
Content requirements
– the originality of the text (based on the results of verification in the Anti-Plagiarism system) should be at least 70% and not more than 90%;
– incorrect borrowings — 0%;
– the introduction should provide a brief analysis of the status of the issue with an overview of relevant scientific publications on the topic (with links);
– the number of sources should be at least 4 mixed sources or at least 2 scientific sources (scientific articles from the journals of the Higher Attestation Commission, WoS, SCOPUS, monographs, etc.);
– the list of sources should be designed in accordance with the requirements https://vak.gov.by/bibliographicDescription
– all borrowings must be accompanied by references to the source in the text (in square brackets, indicating the position number in the list of sources used).
– the complete inadmissibility of using generated content obtained using appropriate AI models!
We would also like to draw your attention to the prohibition of providing works or fragments of works created using generative language models of neural networks (ChatGPT, Yandex GPT, etc.).
 
Authorship and presentation of the work
– no more than 3 materials are accepted from one author (including co-authorship);
– no more than 3 authors are allowed in one article (by decision of the editorial board, exceptions may be made for collective work carried out within the framework of student scientific associations with the appropriate justification of the supervisor);
– each work must be accompanied by a submission from the supervisor containing confirmation of the authorship and originality of the work, an assessment of scientific significance and relevance to the subject of the collection, a signature and a date.
 
The order of submission of materials
– prepare the text of the paper in Microsoft Word (.docx) format;
– get an idea from the supervisor;
– get a certificate from the Anti-Plagiarism system from the supervisor with the results of checking the originality of the text.;
– send a package of documents to the e-mail of the person responsible for the sections "Technical operation of automobiles", "Hydropneumoautomatics and hydropneum drive", "Transport systems and technologies", "Economics and Logistics", "Engineering graphics of a machine-building profile", "Automobile and tractor construction".
The package of documents must include:
– a docx file with the text of the work;
– report on the verification of originality;
– presentation of the supervisor (scanned copy).
The deadline for submitting materials is May 28, 2026.
Works that do not meet the specified requirements will not be accepted for consideration. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject materials with signs of incorrect borrowing or use of AI content without returning for revision.
