Tribute to Semion Vaksman
On April 1, 2021, we lost a distinguished transport pioneer, Semion Aranovich Vaksman. We wish to introduce the younger generation to his remarkable life journey, which led him to achieve greatness in the field of urban transport and transport systems.
We feature this tribute on our faculty's page as a testament to what can be achieved by dedicating oneself to urban transport and transportation systems. This bibliography will prove valuable to scholars, professionals in urban traffic organizations and logistics, economists specializing in transport systems, and students interested in socio-economic aspects of urban transport system development.
