In July 2022 (Order of the rector of the BNTU No. 44-p dated 07/20/2022) , a branch of the department was created to ensure the interaction of the department "Design of the architectural environment" of the BNTU with the open joint-stock company "Order of the Red Banner of Labor Institute Belgosproekt" with the aim of practical implementation of cooperation, improving theoretical knowledge and practical skills, training, retraining and advanced training of teachers, graduate students, students of BNTU, ensuring close cooperation between the parties, creating and implementing new educational technologies.

JSC "Institute Belgosproekt" is the leading design organization in the Republic of Belarus, which has made a huge contribution to the creation of the architectural image and the construction complex of the republic. Preserving and increasing its creative potential, the staff of JSC "Institute Belgosproekt" designs complexes and buildings for healthcare, culture, social and household purposes, recreation and sports, religious purposes at a high architectural and technical level. Most of the unique buildings and complexes in the republic and its capital have been erected and are being built according to the design documentation developed by the institute.

 Branch of the department:

• creates conditions for the effective use of the experience of the personnel of the Institute Belgosproekt OJSC in order to improve the training of students in the specialty 1-69 01 02 "Architectural Design" and undergraduates in the specialty 1-69 80 01 "Architecture" with the involvement of leading specialists of the Institute Belgosproject OJSC for giving lectures, conducting consultations on course and diploma design for students, consultations for undergraduates, graduate students and applicants;
• consults on the improvement of the methodological and educational base in the field of architecture of residential and public buildings, on the educational and scientific areas of the department, the exchange of scientific and educational literature, as well as the conduct of educational and research work of students, industrial (project) and pre-diploma practices;
• carries out regular exchange of scientific and technical information in the field of architecture of residential and public buildings;
• provides scientific guidance and consultations for UIRS, research projects, master's and dissertations carried out by highly qualified employees of JSC "Institute Belgosproekt";
• attracts qualified specialists and students to the implementation of architectural, scientific and other projects in the field of architecture of residential and public buildings;
• conducts scientific research, provides opportunities for approbation and implementation of scientific developments of employees and students, organizes and conducts scientific, educational and scientific-methodological conferences, seminars, symposiums. 
• prepares publications of a scientific and practical nature based on the results of joint educational and research work, diploma design for students, consultations for undergraduates, graduate students and applicants;
• consults on the improvement of the methodological and educational base in the field of architecture and architectural design.
