Public engagement within 'Bealaya Rus,' especially during electoral campaigns, identifies activists with managerial potential and high levels of political preparedness. Among them are representatives from organizations and enterprises of various ownership forms, executive authorities, and the public. Organizational structures of 'Belaya Rus' at all levels, from regional organizations to the Republican Council, systematically search for and nominate candidates for inclusion in the talent pool of specific enterprises, organizations, and government bodies, including the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
