The work of public receptions of the NGO "Belaya Rus" is an example of a social partnership between the state and a public association. This is expressed in the analysis of information about the state of affairs on the ground, the study of proposals, citizens' appeals, followed by the development of proposals for their solution. Currently, 151 public reception offices have been established in the republic. Reception of citizens in public receptions is carried out by senior officials, governors, deputies of all levels, regional leaders, which often allows you to remove sensitive issues, especially during election campaigns.
A public reception has also been established at BNTU.
