The main objectives of the Center are:

organization and implementation of educational, methodological and innovative activities, transfer of educational and management technologies, promotion of advanced training of personnel with qualitatively new competencies;
ensuring the implementation of educational practice-oriented programs through the concentration of logistical, pedagogical, intellectual, informational and financial resources;
informational, scientific and methodological support of the educational process according to the implemented educational programs;
organization and coordination of network interaction with educational institutions providing training in general and advanced higher education in the fields of:
