- Senior Lecturer (1999–2000), Associate Professor (2000–2001), Head of Department (2001–2013) at BSOIPC–BSAPC–BSUPC;
- Coach for scientific and methodological work at FC "Dynamo-Minsk" (part-time, 2007–2012);
- Head of the Department of Physical Culture at BNTU (2013–2023);
- Professor at the Department of Physical Culture at BNTU since September 2023.
Research Interests:
- Development of human physical abilities considering individual age and gender characteristics;
- Applied aspects of the theory of sensitive periods in the development of physical abilities (content of physical education for students, load regulation aimed at improving athletes' physical fitness);
- Programming of classes in modern fitness trends for various age and gender groups of the population.
Academic Activity:
She has supervised 8 PhD candidates in Pedagogical Sciences who have worked and continue to work at the Department of Physical Culture of BNTU (Kuznetsova N.G., Budrunas O.K., Kvyatkovskaya N.A., Tropnikova D.V., Yakubovsky D.A., Solomonets A.V., Kholod M.A., Lashuk A.V.).
Currently supervises postgraduate students and doctoral applicants from among the staff of the Sports and Technical Faculty (Grib P.V., Sinyavskaya T.N., Moyseenko Yu.N., Filippova E.I., Demid E.G., Kazakova L.V., Miskevich T.V.).
She has published over 90 scientific works, including articles in scientific journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus.
As a member of the combined team of the Sports and Technical Faculty, she is a multiple winner of the BNTU staff chess championship.
