Graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1983 with a degree in Technology and Integrated Mechanization of the Development of Peat Deposits. Mining engineer qualification. From 1993 to the present, he has been working at the Mining Works Department as a senior lecturer. Scientific direction - open pit mining, drilling and blasting, production of municipal fuel. Author of 48 scientific and methodical works.
